🚌 Mukhyamantri Sugam Parivahan Yojana – Madhya Pradesh

  • 🎯 Objective: Provide affordable and accessible rural transport through e-rickshaws and autos.
  • 👥 Beneficiaries: Rural population, especially women, students, and elderly

  • 💰 Budget & Funding:
    • Seed capital of ₹101.20 crore approved for equity support
    • ₹100 crore allocated in MP Budget 2025–26
  • 📲 Key Features:
    • contracted buses on rural and intercity routes
    • Subsidized loans for unemployed youth
    • Focus on school, hospital, and village-market connectivity (ticketing will be digital)
  • 📝 Eligibility:
    • Resident of Madhya Pradesh
    • Unemployed youth (age 18–45)
    • Commercial driving license
  • 🔍 Why in News? Launched by CM Mohan Yadav in July 2024 to create rural jobs and improve village mobility.
🔖 Bank Exam Static Note: This is a state scheme by Madhya Pradesh under the Transport sector. Useful for static GK, budget-based questions, and schemes with employment + mobility goals.
